When you sign up, patients save a credit card securely via our Paddle payment gateway. Clinics and hospitals set up secure ACH or corporate wire transfer terms. We do NOT charge your payment method upfront. We only charge the success fee (15% for patients, 12% for clinics, 8–10% for hospitals) automatically after we detect and verify a successful claim approval from your insurer. If we lose, you pay $0.

If you believe the approved amount is incorrect or the claim was not actually covered, you can open a dispute. This immediately pauses all automated success fee collections while our clinical compliance team manually reviews the case files with you to verify the exact outcome.
