ApproveIt operates a proprietary, HIPAA-compliant document automation software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist healthcare patients, clinics, and hospital networks in preparing, managing, and filing clinical prior authorization appeal dossiers.
Under our Zero Upfront Cost Guarantee, you pay absolutely nothing to initialize an account, generate appeal letters, or utilize our automated deadline tracking services. All processing, guideline cross-referencing, and electronic filing integrations are completely free of charge. We absorb 100% of the operational and API computing overhead.
ApproveIt operates strictly on a success-based compensation structure. By utilizing the platform, you agree to pay ApproveIt a contingency success fee representing a fixed percentage of any claim amount approved by your insurance payer as a direct or indirect result of an appeal compiled via our software:

To ensure compliance and secure collection upon appeal victory, all accounts must submit and authenticate a valid payment method during onboarding.
ApproveIt integrates with leading PCI-DSS compliant secure merchant services (including Paddle). Individual patients authorize ApproveIt to store their payment credential token. Upon receipt of verified insurance approval confirmation, the success fee is charged automatically.
By saving your card, you authorize ApproveIt to verify approval status with the insurer to confirm approval state and automatically debit the success fee. Should a charge fail, ApproveIt reserves the right to retry the charge or establish secondary collection routes.
For clinic and hospital networks utilizing ACH or wire transfer settlements, ApproveIt tallies all successful appeal approvals at the conclusion of each billing cycle.
Corporate invoices will be dispatched electronically to the designated billing contact. Payment terms are strictly Net-30 from the invoice date. Late corporate accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge on all outstanding balances, and risk immediate termination of clinical API and dashboard access.

ApproveIt does not guarantee appeal success. All operations conform strictly to HIPAA standards and our 90-day automatic data scrub directive.
